Thanks for writing. I wanted to reply, but it was like sending an email and I'm not sure how Vivinavi works, so I'll leave it here.
We did not have Liability, but had insurance on the rental car itself. The receptionist told me Liability was optional. That's not right either. This is a rental company with quite a lot of stores. We did not call Police. We had just come to the US and had an accident and were panicking.
The other driver was from Korea, but I don't know if he was in a hurry or what, but we didn't call them.
I have looked into credit card insurance and company insurance that would cover this accident, but I seem to be at a loss. We are still in the process of negotiating the amount.

I found mine on Zillow.
There are some Japanese real estate agencies, but I don't recommend them. I had a bad experience.
I looked at a lot of Google reviews too, but you never know until you actually live there. There are always people who write bad things, and on the other hand, I doubt that they write only good things. The apartment I actually live in now doesn't have good reviews but the living comfort is ok. With houses, it depends tremendously on what kind of person the owner is. If you decide on the area you want to live in and actually go around, I would recommend going directly to the places that are having open houses to see them in person because they are putting up balloons. You can see rooms that have not yet been put on Zillow, etc. Be aware that many of the buildings are old, even if they look beautiful at a glance.

That's terrible. I also contacted a tax accountant who was referred to me here and was treated terribly ・ I would like to put in a review, but he seems to be a small private practice that doesn't appear on yelp or google. I think the way you come across depends on whether you simply want to complain ？ or want an apology ？ or whether a refund would make you feel better ？ or not. From a business standpoint, I wish they would have contacted us first instead of writing directly to Yelp or Google to complain. Writing an anonymous complaint to Yelp or Google may be an outlet for your anger, but it can be a huge blow to a small business. Do you need to go that far ？ I don't think it will solve the underlying problem, since the person reading the review may see you as a malicious complainer. I suggest you contact them directly and talk to the owner first.

You are a wonderful wife to have prepared so many things for your husband. Some food items are not allowed, and people here are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and other organic oriented people Some amino acids in soup stock are not allowed, or meat extract in cup ramen noodles.
The sure thing is tea-based products and sweets.
Kit Kat and other green tea flavors are appreciated.
Other teas are also appreciated, and drip coffee is great because we don't have it here.

Stationery items also do not use pencils or erasers here （ just a squishy erase with a pen ）.
Maybe a cute notepad or masking tape would be nice.

I know it is a lot of work just to finish the assignments in front of you, but without basic knowledge, they will have a hard time later on, so I think it is better to concentrate on studying somewhere else. In my personal experience, it is more efficient to learn a language in English
than in Japanese （ by looking up the meaning in an English-English dictionary ） for example.
