RYT200 is a course for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, with a schedule to choose from and a small class size system. A trial lecture is available for a limited time, where you can take a sample lecture privately
Since 2009, Kiyomi Takahashi (E-RYT500), the representative of INNER GLOW Yoga School, has accumulated over 10,000 hours of yoga teaching experience to studios, corporations, and private clients in Los Angeles
and will support you until you graduate. She will support you until graduation.

[Instructor] Kiyomi Takahashi E-RYT500
Leader of INNER GLOW YOGA SCHOOL. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin, she received her M.A. in English Teaching from San Francisco State University. During her nearly 8 years of working life in Los Angeles, she discovered yoga at a gym she attended to relieve stress. While continuing to work full-time, she completed the RYT500 yoga instructor training course and began teaching yoga in English full-time in 2009. In 2013, she began teaching RYT200 Special Topics, and since 2016, she has been the main instructor for yoga teacher training courses at several studios. In 2021, she will launch INNER GLOW YOGA SCHOOL to help more people learn comprehensive and safe yoga in an easy-to-understand way.
