マイクロソフトまで徒歩または自転車ですぐ、アップル、グーグル、アマゾンのオフィス、スタンフォード大学にも近く通勤に便利な環境です。また、Steven's creekのサイクリングコースにも隣接しています。
20代後半から30代前半の、きちんと整理整頓できるハウスメイトを探しています。お互いのプライバシーを尊重し、共用スペースを清潔に保つことを大切にしている方を希望しています。
この部屋は他の部屋と同じく家具付きですが、必要であれば家具なしにもアレンジできます。

マウンテンビューのダウンタウン（カストロストリート）までも1.6kmほどです。
部屋にはプロ仕様のデュアルモニター、デスク、チェアが備え付けられており、自宅での仕事に最適です。
バスルームは主にもう一人の方と共有となります。

I'm looking for Japanese full-time workers, Japanese students, or Asians who like to keep clean.

The space is clean, calm, and stylish.　
* Rent is $1,700/month, utilities and wifi included.
* No smoking
* No pets allowed
* Guests are generally not allowed to stay overnight either
* Quiet environment (no loud music, TV, noisy parties, etc.)


It is a short walk or bike ride to Microsoft, and it is close to Apple, Google, and Amazon offices and Stanford University for easy commuting. It is also adjacent to the Steven's Creek bike path.
We are looking for a tidy housemate in his/her late 20s or early 30s. We want someone who respects each other's privacy and values keeping the common areas clean.
This room is furnished but can be arranged to be unfurnished if needed.
It is also about a mile from downtown Mountain View (Castro Street).
The room has professional dual monitors, a desk, and a chair, perfect for working from home.
The bathroom is primarily shared with another person.
