*BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE*

*Transit Center Grade Separation and Access Project, Project 21-35*

The City of Mountain View will implement interim improvements along Castro Street and Evelyn Avenue to enhance bicycle and pedestrian safety. The project will remove the vehicle at-grade rail crossing at Castro Street, modify Evelyn Avenue between Hope Street and Bryant Street to a one-way street in the west-bound direction, and improve safety for pedestrians and bicyclists at the rail crossing and Central Expressway, improving connections to downtown and the Transit Center. Removal of on-street parking on Evelyn Avenue will be needed to support these safety enhancements, and information regarding the project improvements and parking removals will be presented to the Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) at a meeting being held on:
