We are looking for a Japanese female or Asian. This house was newly built in 2017. The bedroom is south facing and has a walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony. Additionally, it comes with a full size bed. The house is two stories and has an updated kitchen and washer and dryer. There is a nice fenced yard behind the house. You can park one car on the Driveway in front of the house.

Convenient location. 3 minutes drive to Mitsuwa, 5 minutes to Valley Fair, 7 minutes to Trader Joes, 2 minutes to Highway 280 and San Thomas Expressway.

Looking for someone who is willing to sign a lease for 12 months or more. Move-in date is flexible after June 10. Rent is $1,800/month and does not include utilities.
