Located on the second floor of a two-story apartment building, facing east so the sun comes in from morning till noon, this 1100 SQF 2 bedroom 1 bath floor plan is open with a large balcony facing the living room. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, but a large tree blocks the view from the other rooms, so privacy is maintained.

Furnishings include bed and mattress already installed, closet(W92" x D24"). Carpet.1 bath to be shared, but with large countertops and private drawers and cabinets. Shower with tub. There is also a towel cabinet in the hallway. The door to the room is not locked. Laundry is available at the apartment's shared coin-operated laundry, which is right downstairs. There is an air conditioner, but it rarely gets hot enough to need it. Kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and other necessities are provided and do not need to be brought in. You are welcome to use what you have, as long as it is not something you personally consume.


A custodian family lives on the same apartment premises and is very helpful and trustworthy, responding to repair requests immediately. The apartment itself is not new and very basic, but it is well managed and comfortable to live in. There are not that many apartments, so it is easy to get to know your neighbors and many of them have lived here for a long time. There is a swimming pool and BBQ area, and you can park anywhere on the property that is not covered. No separate parking fee.
