Betion USA's supplementary exam preparation class is a tutoring school in Palo Alto for students who plan to return to Japan in the future and take the junior high school ・ high school entrance exam.
While attending a local school, students systematically learn the four main subjects of Japanese language ・ math ・ science ・ and social studies ・ in line with the Japanese curriculum guidelines, with the goal of maintaining and improving their academic skills to the same level as in Japan.
Instruction is provided by Japanese instructors who have over 30 years of experience in teaching junior high school entrance exams in Tokyo ・ Shibuya Ward.
They are well versed in the points where returnee students tend to stumble and the tendency of questions unique to Japanese entrance examinations, and provide careful guidance tailored to each student's level.
Emphasis is placed on the ability to read and understand texts, organize and express one's thoughts, and think logically, rather than simply memorizing knowledge.
Science ・ Social studies is also studied not as a subject to be memorized, but as a "study" to deeply understand the structure of Japanese nature ・ History ・ Culture ・ Society.
Students will learn at the Japanese educational level even though they are abroad.
And in the future, we will make sure that students have the option of going on to higher education in Japan.

Japanese Learning in California.
Learning to develop "the ability to think" and "culture".
In between studies, we also include time to experience Japanese culture, such as origami ・ tea ceremony ・ and calligraphy.
It is not just an experience, but an important time to learn in Japanese, to feel in Japanese, and to naturally acquire a sense of Japanese beauty, courtesy, and compassion.
In small classes, the ability to understand, think, and communicate is steadily nurtured while attending to each student's level of understanding.
We build a genuine foundation for the future in terms of both culture and academic ability.
