San Jose Downtown One room in an upstairs unit of a house

San Jose ・ A second floor unit is available in a 1902 Victorian house in downtown Naglee Park.
Upstairs is a 3Bed 1Bath unit with living room, kitchen and balcony.
I am looking for someone who wants to share a house with me.

There are two housemates on the second floor ： I （ 30s ） a working Japanese woman and a student American man （ 20s ）.

Location is walking distance to San Jose State University and close to HWY 280, 101 and 87 （ all within 5-8 minutes drive ）.
Despite being downtown, the neighborhood is relatively quiet. It is a Neighborhood where many people live quietly and I personally feel safe strolling alone.

[Room and upstairs shared space]
The room has windows facing northeast and southeast, making it a sunny room.

Shared space includes a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.
The kitchen is small but has everything you need and I personally feel it is perfect for use. The property also has a backyard with avocado and other fruit trees. There is also space for a vegetable garden if you wish to have one in the yard.
