[Background of the seminar] The number of teen mental health problems has increased since the pandemic. M, a high school student living in San Diego, who was aware of the increasing number of Mental Health Problems among teenagers after the pandemic, emailed the Mental Health Initiative of NIMHD (, a government agency under the NIH ), asking if there was anything I could do to help. This seminar was realized as a result of an email from Mr. M, a high school student living in San Diego, to the Mental Health Initiative within the NIMHD
