7th Immunization

Please tell me about the vaccinations. I am in a very difficult situation.
I have a boy who is going into his 7th year in Japan, and I am undecided as to where in CA he will live.
I heard that in CA they give 1 Tdap and 1 Meningococcal shot when he will be 7th, but I am wondering what to do about

・ HPV （ 9 titer ？ ）.
I don't know information about side effects, etc. because it is not actively promoted in Japan and is not 9-valent.
I know there are advantages, but I am a little worried because I thought it was for girls.
I am worried because it does not seem to be mandatory.
・ Should I be vaccinated against hepatitis A? Is it necessary for adults too?
・ I would like to get 3 doses in Japan, but I wonder if it is cheaper in the U.S. ？
（ I am surprised that it is quite expensive. Will insurance cover it ）
