Free Health Seminar Do you know about health and nutrition for adults and children ？?

We will be holding a health seminar on December 7 and 8 at Millbrae.
I started this seminar last year because I realized the importance of health after experiencing menopausal symptoms myself, and I wanted to share information about the importance of staying healthy ，.
I have experience as a nurse in Japan ， I will share what I have learned from my parenting and parenting classes in the U.S. in an easy-to-understand way.
