1 ． What is the Kuma Shochu Guide Course

In Hitoyoshi Kuma region, rice shochu has been produced since the Muromachi period (1336-1573), about 500 years ago. The "Kuma Shochu Guide Lecture" is a lecture series led by the Kuma Shochu Brewers Association to increase ・ awareness of the quality of Kuma shochu, the brand shochu of the Hitoyoshi ・ Kuma region.

（ 3 ） Contents （ Japanese only)

① History of Kuma Shochu ・ Production ② Different Types of Shochu (Tasting) ③ Written Test (about 15 minutes)

*Please refrain from driving on the day as there will be shochu tasting.

*The written test is a simple one which you answer while looking at the text.
