日本人の女性、またはアジア人の方を探しています。この家は2017年に新築されました。ベッドルームには南向きでウォークインクローゼット、バストイレ、バルコニー付き。さらに、フルサイズのベッド付き。この家は2階建てで、最新のキッチンと洗濯機と乾燥機があります。家の裏にはフェンスで囲まれた素敵な庭があります。家の前のDrivewayに１台車を止めれます。

便利なロケーションです。車でMitsuwaまで３分、Valley Fair まで 5 分、Trader Joes まで７分、Highway 280やSan Thomas Expresswayまで2 分です。

12か月以上の賃貸契約を希望している人を探しています。入居日は6月10日以降で柔軟に対応できます。家賃は月額1,800ドルで、光熱費は含まれていません。

パーティー、友人、パートナーを家に泊めることは禁止させて貰います。


Looking for a long term housemate for a June move in for spacious room with private bathroom (bathtub and shower), and balcony in a 2bd 2.5ba non-detached home!

I am seeking a Japanese or Asian female to move in to my home. The house is newly built in 2017. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, lots of sunlight, its own bathroom and shower with a tub, and a private balcony. The house has two stories, with an updated kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. There is a beautiful fenced backyard. There is off-street parking in the driveway, right in front of the house.

The house is in a great location and is located right by Mitsuwa. Only a 5 minute drive to Valley Fair, 7 minute drive to Trader Joes, 2 minute drive to 280 highway and San Thomas expressway.

I am hoping to find someone who is looking for a 12 month plus lease, starting in June 10th. Move in date is flexible after June 10th. If you are interested, I would love to set up a time to meet/video call with you! Rent is $1800/month, not including utilities other than garbage.

No parties, large gathering, or having friends and partners stay over at the house.
