Suddenly, I wonder if you exercise ? at all, or if you run marathons or do strength training !. Some of you may think that you are healthy and don't need to exercise that much yet.
This is just one indicator, but we are aiming for a minimum of 3.5 hours of exercise per week to stay healthy: 2 hours of training with a load and 1 hour and 30 minutes of exercise while still breathing enough to hold a conversation. The minimum required training volume is 3.5 hours.
The key here is that multiple types of exercise are necessary. Not just strength training or just walking, but a balanced training of the various muscles of the body. For example, if you want to improve your grades at school !, studying only Japanese and social studies, which you are good at, will not improve your overall grades unless you study math and science, which you are not good at. The same is true for the body; if you don't train in various variations and take in nutrition, it will be difficult for you to be healthy even if you are exercising.
Many of you may have been forced to work remotely due to the spread of coronary infections or to rethink your health.
